Alan Bainbridge – Widnes

Paedophile who had dog sex images shared video of girl, 5, being raped

A paedophile who had images of a man having sex with a dog also shared a sickening video of a five-year-old girl being raped.

Among his criminal content Alan Bainbridge kept 501 images of children being sexually abused, raped or tortured

Liverpool Crown Court heard the 62-year-old also amassed 52 images of bestiality involving dogs engaging in sexual acts with humans

He has now been jailed after a judge heard how police found chats in which he was “discussing sexual abuse of children”.

Robert Wyn-Jones, prosecuting, said on May 12 last year “as a result of intelligence” police searched Bainbridge’s Warrington home during which a “number of devices” were seized.

He was arrested on suspicion of possessing, making and distributing indecent images of children.

Bainbridge answered no comment in interview. The devices underwent a forensic examination.

Officers found between January 8 and May 13 last year Bainbridge kept 151 category A images, which involve children being raped.

He also kept 87 category B images and 263 category C images.

Mr Wyn-Jones said the majority of the pictures involved girls around eight-years-old.

Bainbridge also had 52 images of bestiality involving dogs.

Mr Wyn-Jones explained Bainbridge had used “various chat forums” on which he was “discussing sexual abuse of children”.

In one chat Bainbridge shared two sickening child rape videos, one of which involved a five-year-old girl and the other which involved a girl of “about three”.

In a police interview Bainbridge admitted having a sexual interest in children and that he had sent images to other people.

Alan Bainbridge, of Doward Street, Widnes, admitted possession of indecent images of a child, three counts of making indecent images, distributing indecent images of a child and possession of extreme pornographic images.

Bainbridge was jailed for two years, which was reduced to one year and 10 months due to the “onerous” conditions in prisons as a result of the pandemic.

He ordered to comply with a Sexual Harm Prevention Order for 10 years and must sign the Sex Offenders Register for the same period.

Widnes paedophile kept ‘obscene’ dog sex pictures in vile stash of hundreds of images

A paedophile from Cheshire who shared sickening videos of child rape online also kept images showing a man having sex with dog.

Last year, Alan Bainbridge, of Doward Street in Widnes, collected more than 500 vile child sex abuse files over a four-month period

Police also discovered that the 62-year-old had gathered 52 extreme porn images involving animals when they arrested Bainbridge

The court heard how Bainbridge had previously admitted to six sexual offences when he appeared before magistrates.

The 62-year-old pleaded guilty to one count of possessing, three counts of downloading and one count of distributing indecent images of children, plus possessing extreme pornography.

According to the charges, Bainbridge shared indecent videos of children falling into Category A – the most serious category showing child rape – from an address in Warrington on May 9, 2020.

He downloaded 151 Category A, 87 Category B and 263 Category C indecent images of children between January 8, 2020 and May 13, 2020.

And he possessed 52 images which portrayed ‘a person performing an act of intercourse with a live animal, namely dogs, which were grossly offensive, disgusting or otherwise of an obscene character’.

Bainbridge appeared in the dock this afternoon, when his defence lawyer requested an adjournment so he could be interviewed by the Probation Service.

The judge, Recorder Ian Unsworth, QC, agreed with Ms Badman and said: “Clearly as you rightly acknowledge this is a very serious matter, but I can see the force of what you say, that the sentencing court would undoubtedly be assisted by such information as could be found in a pre-sentence report.

“So I’m just about persuaded there should be one, but clearly this needs to be dealt with as soon as practical.”

Ms Badman said it would take four weeks for the Probation Service to prepare a report and Recorder Unsworth adjourned sentencing until July 5.

The court heard Bainbridge was previously granted unconditional bail, but the judge said he would impose a condition of residence that Bainbridge live and sleep at his address in Widnes.

Recorder Unsworth told Bainbridge he had agreed to the making of a report so that the sentencing judge had as much information as possible about him.

However, he warned: “The fact that I am adjourning for the preparation of a pre-sentence report should not be interpreted in any way by you – it shouldn’t give rise to hope of any particular outcome in this case.

“Clearly, this is a very serious case.”

Matthew Phair – Ashton

Wigan paedophile caught by undercover police officer posing as 13-year-old girl

A pervert who thought he was grooming a 13-year-old girl for sex is behind bars today after discovering she was an undercover police officer.

Matthew Phair, 38, of Bolton Road, Ashton, faced five charges, including inciting a girl to perform lewd acts, showing her indecent images and trying to meet with her for sexual purposes.

He pleaded guilty to the crimes on his first appearance at Bolton Crown Court.

And at his sentencing hearing the court was told that Phair had struck up a conversation with “Chloe” which degenerated into the sending of lewd messages and videos and his asking the girl to undress and send pictures of herself to him.

He also told the “youngster” that he wanted to have sex with her and that there was no danger of her getting pregnant because he had had a vasectomy.

It was when he arranged to meet the victim face to face behind a local supermarket that he came face to face with police and was arrested.

Phair was jailed for two years and is the subject of an indefinite sexual harm prevention order.

Daniel Cordory – Eastleigh

June 2021

Eastleigh man sentenced at Southampton Crown Court

A pervert was caught with thousands of cartoon and animated indecent images of children.

Daniel Paul Cordory had 7,148 pornographic images of youngsters stored on his desktop computer, a court heard.

Prosecution barrister, Christopher Amis, told how police had raided the 35-year-old’s home in Twyford Road, Eastleigh and a preliminary analysis of his machine revealed files of cartoon and animated-style children.

During a police interview, Cordory claimed “pop-up images of children had appeared” when he was surfing adult sites

He later told officers he had taken steps to stop the pop-ups.

The court heard how Cordory spent time playing a computer game that showed children being abused.

Mr Amis said how the defendant was in control of some of these characters, described as clearly child-like.

However, he added: “There is in fact no victim because the images are cartoon.”

Appearing before Southampton Crown Court, Cordory was charged with a single count of possessing prohibited images of a child – he pleaded guilty to the offence having been arrested in July last year.

His stash of images was described in court documents as grossly offensive, disgusting or otherwise of an obscene character.

Cordory has no previous convictions and Chris Gaiger, defending, argued that there was the prospect of rehabilitation.

Judge Nicholas Rowland gave him a 24-month community order to include 40 rehabilitation days and 150 hours of unpaid work.

He was made the subject of a five-year sexual harm prevention order.

John Mahony – Dewsbury

June 2021

Dewsbury paedophile used trivia game in sick sexual abuse of young girl

A paedophile who subjected a young girl to years of sexual abuse has been jailed for six-and-a-half years.

John Mahony committed non-recent child sexual abuse against two girls, Leeds Crown Court heard.

The 72-year-old, of Selbourne Road, Saville Town, Dewsbury, pleaded guilty to six counts of indecency with a child and two counts of indecent assault.

He also pleaded guilty to a further count of indecency with a child in relation to a second girl.

Prosecutor Michael Collins said the abuse had started with sexual touching and escalated to playing a trivia game in which Mahony would ask her to take off her clothes, showing her pornography and taking photos of her undressed.

In a statement, the main victim said that as a child she was mistaken for being mature for her age, but she was actually nervous and withdrawn.

She described dealing with undiagnosed depression and anxiety as a result of the abuse and said that as she got older she tried to avoid responsibility and socialising.

She said her depression got worse after having her own children.

Adam Goulden – Dartmouth

June 2021

Van driver films himself sexually abusing toddler and boasts to another paedophile

A vile and perverted delivery driver filmed himself abusing a toddler in his van and then bragged to another paedophile.

Adam Goulden, 37, gained access to the two-year-old girl through her innocent mother, then offered to take the toddler out on trips but instead abused her in his delivery van.

A court heard Goulden recorded the abuse, and police found videos of the abuse on his phone and computer.

They also found film which he had taken of him taking part in sex acts with a dog

But the van driver was locked up for four years and four months at Exeter Crown Court on Tuesday.

Judge Peter Johnson, who certified him as a dangerous offender, put Goulden on the sex offenders’ register for life.

Sentencing the thug, he said: “It is clear you have an abnormal sexual appetite in terms of trying to explore sexual boundaries. I get the clear impression you were using the girl’s mother to get at the child.

“The girl can be heard referring to her mother throughout the clips and to make matters worse, you shared at least one image on at least one occasion.

“Other images show you have a sexual interest in children. There are aggravating features in the extreme youth of the child and you being under the influence of ketamine.

“You were clearly willing to act out your fantasies. You are pre-occupied with sex and quite willing to push the boundaries to satisfy your sexual craving.

“You pose a serious risk of causing serious harm to children.”

Goulden was caught after police found messages on his phone, in which he boasted about his abuse to another paedophile.

The court was told the defendant had a bag containing cable ties and electrical tape in his vehicle.

He admitted sexual assault on a child, making and possessing indecent images of children, possession of extreme images, and two counts of possession of cannabis.

Mary McCarthy, prosecuting, said police discovered four videos and 75 still images of him abusing the two-year-old girl on August 14, 2019.

They showed the child naked from the waist down and being sexually assaulted as he tried to reassure her by talking about her mother. The abuse lasted 20 minutes.

Goulden, from Dartmouth, Devon, also had other images of children on his phone and computer that he had downloaded from the internet.

There were also 207 images of bestiality including some showing him taking part in sex acts with a dog.

He tried to blame workmates for the offences by claiming they had access to his phone while he was at the delivery firm’s depot.
