Pervert sentenced for indecent exposure
Brian Scott, 44, of Exmouth Street, admitted outraging public decency on May 20, 2020, by walking around naked and performing a sexual act upon himself.
He was given a two year community order with the sex offender programme and up to 20 rehabilitation activity days. He must pay £180 in costs and surcharge.

Sentence date for man who admits sex act and nudity in Old Town
A Kingshill man has admitted walking around Old Town naked – while performing a sex act.
Appearing before Swindon Magistrates’ Court on Monday, Brian Scott, 43, of Exmouth Street, pleaded guilty to outraging public decency.
The charge states that he was walking around naked and performing a sexual act on Wednesday, May 20.
At the time, police said officers were called to Goddard Avenue, Old Town, at 9.30pm to reports of a naked man.
Magistrates granted Scott unconditional bail and ordered a pre-sentence report. He is due before the court for sentence on January 25.
