Man jailed for rape and series of sex attacks

A 28-year-old man has been jailed for rape and a series of sex attacks.

Philip Frederick Murphy, of Holyhead, was convicted  at Caernarfon Crown Court on Thursday  of the rape of a woman in Holyhead on May 5 2012 and sexual assaults against three other females.

He was sentenced to seven years imprisonment and placed on the sex offenders register.
