A paedophile with ‘gender identity issues’ has admitted downloading indecent images of children
Paul Fuggles, 52, was convicted of a similar charge in around 2003 and was referred to the Portman Clinic for the ‘sexual deviancy programme’ by his GP.
Fuggles is said to suffer from ‘gender identity issues’, and an Old Bailey judge today ordered pre-sentence reports.
‘It’s clear now the defendant accepts downloading one image of category B and one image of category C,’ said the prosecutor
