A PERVERT touched-up a schoolgirl during a jaunt through Ayr.
But creepy Christopher Logan, 27, escaped jail over the sexual assault on the 14-year-old girl in March last year.
Ayr Sheriff Court heard how the deviant, from Ayr, fondled the girl’s breasts during the ordeal between the town’s Ellisland Terrace, Ellisland Square and Mill Street.
The beast also attempted to kiss the girl during the sickening attack.
Sheriff Desmond Leslie blasted: “Your behaviour was highly unacceptable no matter how you view it or what you consider to be the motivation for it.
“It changed her view of you.
“You’ll be subject to a Community Payback Order for a period of three years, you will participate in a programme ‘Moving Forward Making Changes’ as directed by your supporting officer.
“That programme is one which may last three years.”
During the Community Payback Order Logan will be supervised.
He will also be subject to a Sex Offenders Notifications order for three years.
His solicitor Niall McFadyen added: “I find it difficult to disagree with the thrust of the report in terms of the disposal.”
