A MAN who admitted downloading internet porn pictures of children, some thought to be as young as 10 or 11, has been committed to Stafford Crown Court for sentence by magistrates.

Graham Cutts, 49, of Chilwell Avenue, Little Haywood, pleaded guilty to 10 charges of making indecent pseudo-photographs of children and one of possessing a quantity of indecent images.

The offences were committed between March 1999 and February this year.

Richard Johnson, prosecuting, said the images were found by police on a computer belonging to Cutts. A number of them were rated at level four, the second most serious category of child pornography.

Mid Staffordshire Magistrates declined jurisdiction in the case and bailed Cutts to appear before a judge at the crown court to be sentenced
