An overweight hospital nurse caught with Britain’s largest ever collection of baby pornography was jailed for three years
Depraved Simon Grinham, 24, 24, of Sherwood Gardens, Barking spent his spare time hoarding more than 200,000 sordid photographs and movies of youngsters being subjected to sickening child abuse.
Some of the material was the worst of its kind featuring acts of bestiality, rape and sadomasochism.
Grinham was ordered to sign the sex offenders register immediately
