A PERVERT teacher was shopped by his vicar wife disgusted at pictures of a naked 14-year-old boy on his PC, a court heard yesterday.
Maths master Peter Bray, 55, gave the lad a webcam to put in his bedroom then downloaded images of him undressing.
He also sent him sexually explicit emails.
Wife Anne, an Anglican vicar, confronted Bray several times then called in police. She has filed for divorce.
Bray claimed the pictures and emails — and indecent images of other young boys on his PC and in porn mags — were research.
Mrs Bray sought advice from her rector before cops raided their home in July 2001, ten months after she first noticed him becoming immersed in his computer.
They seized the PC and various discs, uncovering images of the boy in various stages of undress as well as dancing naked around his bedroom.
Bray yesterday admitted two charges of possessing indecent material and three of making indecent material.
At Dorchester Crown Court, Judge Robert Pryor sentenced him to a two-year rehabilitation order and ordered him to attend a sex offenders programme.
He was put on the sex offenders register.
Tim Coombes, defending, said Bray had lost his job at a secondary school in Wiltshire. His life had been ruined and he now recognised his stupidity.
