Rotherham paedophile admits forcing boy into sex acts and other sickening abuse
A judge has warned a paedophile to prepare for prison after he admitted sexually abusing a boy.
Jeff Rodgers admitted performing a sex act in front of his victim and forcing him to carry out oral sex on him between 2003 and 2006.
The 58-year-old pleaded guilty to two counts of indecency with a child, two counts of causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity, one count of engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child and one count of sexual activity with a child.
During the short hearing at Sheffield Crown Court, Judge Rachael Harrison told Rodgers, of Hayfield Walk, Rotherham, to get his affairs in order stating that a spell behind bars was “inevitable”.
Rodgers is due back at the same court to be sentenced on March 1.
