Registered nurse caught with indecent images of children
A pervert nurse has been struck off after he was caught with indecent images of children
On 3 March 2020, registered nurse David Gwyn Swales was convicted of possession and distribution of indecent images of children.
Swales pleaded guilty at Cardiff Magistrates Court on 5 March 2020, and was sentenced at the Crown Court on 19 March 2020 where he received a community order.
Swales was ordered to undertake a course of rehabilitation, to be placed on the sex offenders register for 10 years, and to be made subject to a sexual harm prevention order for 10 years.
The images in his possession covered categories B & C
