Pervert avoids prison after downloading child rape images

A pervert has avoided a prison sentence after he was caught with image showing the rape of children. 

Matthew Menhenneott, aged 52 of Caldecote Road, Ickwell, Biggleswade appeared at Luton Crown Court where he was sentenced after admitting child sexual abuse charges

Menhenneott had previously pleaded guilty and was sentenced for five counts of possessing indecent images of children, including category A images which show the rape or torture of kids

Menhenneott is a partner Manager, Market Development at Refinitiv and works in London

The judge handed Menhenneott 10 months imprisonment which he suspended for two years

Menhenneott was ordered to carry out 250 hours unpaid work and he was told to register as a sex offender for 10 years.

A sexual harm prevention order was also imposed for a ten year period
