A man has avoided a prison sentence after he violently sexually assaulted a female
Take-away worker Huseyin Karadag of Livingston appeared at Livingston Sheriff Court where he was sentenced for sexual assault and assault against a female
The court was told that Karadag sexually assaulted the 50 old woman against her will, and used violence to intimidate and scare her
The judge handed Karadag a community payback order and told him to complete 120 hours of unpaid work
Karadag must also register as a sex offender for a period of five years
