Ex-altar boy pervert told Paisley cops ‘you’re just scum, so f*** off’
A convicted sex offender carried out a vendetta against Paisley cops.
Former altar boy Christopher Beuckmann, 24, was caged for three years in 2011 for abusing a 12-year-old boy as he walked to a friend’s house in Kilmacolm
He was later caged again for breaking a Sexual Offences Prevention Order (SOPO) by prowling through Paisley’s Glencoats Park.
Paisley Sheriff Court heard paranoid Beuckmann kicked off at Renfrewshire Police, formally known as K Division, after making repeated allegations against the constabulary at his home in Newmains Road, Renfrew.
Procurator Fiscal Depute Peter Moyes told the court: “On February 17, the accused was at his home address. It was just after midnight.
“He contacted police to make a complaint.
“He thereafter contacted the police service centre a further three times going over the same issues.
“Mr Beuckmann was advised by the operator the correct procedures regarding complaints against the police.
“He made comments about killing himself. These were taken seriously. Two police officers were sent to his address to ensure his well-being.
“On arrival, Mr Beuckmann allowed them access to the common close via the buzzer system.”
The fiscal added when police chapped on his door Beuckmann flipped out after taking down the officers’ lapel numbers.
Mr Moyes added: “He began shouting at the police officers, ‘F*** off,’ ‘Get tae f***,’ and ‘I am not talking to K cops,’ and ‘You’re just scum, so f*** off!’
“He was warned about his conduct but the abuse continued. He was thereafter informed he was under arrest.”
Yesterday Beuckmann pleaded guilty to a charge of behaving in a threatening and abusive manner, likely to cause a reasonable person to suffer fear and alarm, in that he uttered offensive remarks towards the police and failed to desist when asked to.
Defence agent Terry Gallanagh said Beuckmann, convicted of sexual offences, carried a grudge against police in Renfrewshire as a result.
He said: “He has a perception that officers of Police Scotland’s K Division, in Paisley , have a particularly negative view of him.
“He tells me he was going through quite a bad time.
“He was drinking gin, and I think that’s got a history of melancholic properties.
“He says he had consumed some gin and it had darkened his mind and he behaved in this manner.”
Beuckmann was only 15 when he pounced on his young victim after lying in wait.
He was handed an order preventing him from going anywhere that young people gather, including cycle paths, public parks, children’s play areas and school and nursery grounds.
He went on to breach that order when he was caught prowling through Paisley’s Glencoats Park in September 2014.
Sheriff Lindsey Kooner yesterday spared him jail and deferred sentence, ordering him to be of good behaviour,
He will discover his fate when he returns to the dock on October 10.

Pervert faces return to prison after losing the plot during street rammy
A sex fiend who was jailed for indecently assaulting a 12-year-old boy on a cycle path is set for another spell behind bars over a rammy with cops in a Renfrew street.
Former altar boy Christopher Beuckmann was caged for three years in 2011 after abusing the child as he walked to a friend’s home in Kilmacolm.
He was later sentenced to another prison term for breaking a court order by prowling through Paisley’s Glencoats Park.
Now 24-year-old Beuckmann is facing jail again over a dust-up with police in Newmains Road, Renfrew, where he currently lives.
At Paisley Sheriff Court, he pleaded guilty to repeatedly shouting and swearing at police officers and behaving aggressively on February 17 this year.
Sheriff David Pender was told Beuckmann is the subject of a Restriction of Liberty Order that saw him fitted with an electronic tag and given a daily curfew over a Glasgow Sheriff Court case.
After hearing that he is to return to Glasgow to be sentenced over another matter, suffers from an emotional disorder and has regular meetings with a psychiatric nurse, the judge adjourned sentencing for background reports to be prepared without hearing the facts of the case.
Beuckmann was just 15 when he pounced on his young victim after lying in wait.
He dragged the youngster to a cycle path and forced him to perform a sex act on him.
Beuckmann, previously of Kelburne Oval, Paisley, was handed a Sexual Offences Prevention Order (SOPO) to stop him going anywhere young people congregated, including school and nursery grounds, for a period of five years after that case.
However, he went on to breach the SOPO in September 2014.
At the time, Sheriff James Spy was told Beuckmann had also been concerned in the supply of drugs.
Cops obtained a search warrant for his flat and found 115g of amphetamine in a bedroom cupboard, with a potential street value of £300.
When quizzed, Beuckmann said he was “storing the stash” for someone else.
He was caged for five months for breaking the SOPO and given another four months for the drugs offence.
Beuckmann could be caged for up to 18 months for the latest offence when he returns to the dock next month to learn his fate.
