Swansea Pensioner Jailed For Sexually Abusing Young Boy

An eighty-two-year-old Swansea man has started a seven-year jail term after he was convicted of sexually abusing a child.

David Henry Williams was sentenced on Monday (April 1), after a jury found him guilty of two counts of inciting a boy under 13 to engage in sexual activity, and one count of sexually assaulting a boy under 13.

“>Swansea Crown Court heard Williams was arrested in July last year after the young victim made graphic disclosures to his mother as they played at his grandparents’ home.

The child was able to recount details of the abuse, which occurred on a number of occasions at the defendant’s home.
