Attempting to incite a child to engage in penetrative sexual activity
The court heard that Shelton had contacted the online profile of who he believed was a child. Shelton sent a string of sexually charged messages with the intent of sexual activity with the child.

Once the team had secured the offender, the police were called and all evidence was handed over and the offender was arrested.
