Woman guilty of underage sex with schoolboy on kitchen floor

A woman has been found guilty of having full sexual intercourse with a boy, aged just 13, on a kitchen floor

Jordan Lightfoot, 21 broke down in the dock at Mold Crown Court when the jury’s verdicts were delivered.

She was also convicted of two counts of sexual activity with a 15-year-old boy at Mold Crown Court.

Lightfoot, of Edith Parc Rhyl, had denied three charges of – having sexual activity with the 13-year-old boy, and also sexual activity by touching with a lad of 15 and causing or inciting the elder boy to engage in sexual activity.

The defence claimed the boys had been making it up.

But a jury didn’t agree and returned unanimous verdicts on all three counts after nearly four hours of deliberations.

They offences took place in the summer of 2016 at Rhyl, when Lightfoot was aged 19.

Prosecutor Simon Rogers said she had engaged in “deeply inappropriate sexual activities with these young boys”.

The court had heard the 13-year-old told his mum he had “full blown sex” with an older woman after she confronted him about “inappropriate” messages she found on the teenager’s phone, the court heard

She told the jury of her “disgust” after finding the Facebook messages between the boy and Lightfoot.

Her son tried to brush them off but then “he told me they had full blown sex on the kitchen floor”, the court heard adding it had happened while others waited outside.

The court heard how she read the messages when the boy left his mobile phone at home when he went to school.

One of them said she was “on my ickle own in bed”.

The mum said she called police after seeing the messages.

The court heard Lightfoot has had a baby since, that was not connected to this case, but had led to it being delayed.
