A SERIAL ‘flasher’ from Farnham has been spared jail yet again despite receiving a fifth conviction for exposing himself in public.
Mark Dyer, 54, from The Chantrys, was given a five-month prison sentence suspended for two years after admitting to his latest indecent exposure offence when he appeared at Guildford Crown Court last week.
He was also ordered to pay £600 in prosecution costs, an £80 victim surcharge and given a three-month curfew following the incident, which occurred on September 16 last year.
It comes despite a judge telling him at his last sentencing in 2013 that he was likely to receive a custodial sentence if he appeared in court again.
