Man who made indecent photographs of a child avoids jail
Gary Baker, 41, of Evergreen Drive, west Hull, received a 26-week prison sentence, suspended for two years, and must have up to 30 days’ rehabilitation, for three offences of making indecent photographs of a child.
There were 139 images in total. Baker must register as a sex offender for seven years, was made subject to a sexual harm prevention order for five years, and must pay £85 costs and an £80 surcharge.
