Face of a sex fiend

THIS is the face of a paedophile sentenced to a jail term of more than eight years after being convicted of sexually abusing two girls.

Stephen Chappell, of Billington Avenue, Newton-le-Willows abused the girls between April 1984 and April 1990.

The attacks began when the girls were aged about four years old.

Forty-six-year-old year-old Chappell, who denied the offences, was found guilty at Liverpool Crown Court of a series of sex abuse charges. He was jailed earlier this year.
